Look into working for the government and evetually students loans will be forgiven. It will take years, yes, but after those years, with experience, you can be making a lot of money afterwards. Loans can be an investment if you are strategic with it. Physicians have done it. Most of their medical school loans were forgiven after working for a non-profit or government associated/funded hospital. On top of that, after all their loans have been paid off, they make close to a million dollars per year, compensating for their sacrifice over the years (i.e., they are finally getting returns for their investments in their education).

Chromebooks are just fine for basic web browsing and light document editing. They are a great alternative to a laptop. I went through my entire bachelor's degree with a Chromebook.
